Deceptive trade practices by this company mislead customers into long term subscriptions for products costing hundreds of dollars. Customers thinking they are getting a free trial product by supposedly only paying shipping and handling are in fact signing up for an automatic subscription for products costing hundreds of dollars after 14-days.

The company asks for credit card information in order to use the information to automatically charge for unsolicited products every month.

Complaints to the customer service account are met with intimidation and threats of fraud and criminal prosecution. If you mention that you have contacted your bank, they refuse to speak further and end the call.

Product or Service Mentioned: Elegance Skin Retreat Cream Free Trial.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $550.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Threats and attempts at intimidation.
